The challenge

Packaging is the last line of defence

Sterile packs must survive long supply routes, heat and humidity, then open without shedding fibres. Medical paper can tear or absorb moisture; film can't breathe. Hypak™ holds a stable microbial barrier and resists tears, punctures and fold damage.

Dedicated grades include Hypak™ H1075B and H1060B. We help you choose by device weight, pack format and sterilization method.

Can it replace medical paper?

In many formats, yes. Sealing settings and validation need review for the new material, and we support trials.

Do you sell finished pouches?

We supply roll stock to converters and can introduce you to converters already using it.

Do you supply medical coveralls?

Yes. The Hypak™ 5451WS ArmorMax is Type 4/5/6, tested to EN 14126, in sizes M to XXL.
